摘要：

An airborne scatterometer system operating at six frequencies simultaneously between 1 and 18 GHz has been developed for the measurement of the microwave scattering of vegetation, forests, sea and other targets. After a description of the instrument, some C- and L-band results are presented. The system is described and means for data processing are discussed.
