SYNTHESIS AND STRUCTURAL ISOMERISM OF SOME (SILYLAMINO)PHOSPHINIMINES

摘要
The synthesis and NMR (1H and 13C) spectroscopic characterization of several new (silylamino)phosphinimines including (Me3Si)2NP(⩵NSiMe3)PhX (1, X=Me; 2, X=F) (Me3Si)2NP[⩵N(t-Bu)]Me2 (3), [Me(Me3Si)N]nP(⩵NSiMe3)Me3-n (4, n=1; 5, n=2; 6, n=3), Me2SiCH2CH2SiMe2NP(⩵NSiMe3)Me2 (7), and R(Me3Si)NP[⩵NSiMe2(t-Bu)]Me2 (8, R=Me3Si; 9, R=Me) are reported. The trisilylated compounds 1 and 2 exhibited reversible [1, 3] silyl exchange with ΔG* 1, 3 values of 14.2 and 18.3 kcal/mol, respectively. The other phosphinimines 3-9 exist as static structures which in some cases (3, 8, and 9) have resulted from irreversible silyl shifts. © 1979, American Chemical Society. All rights reserved.
