ON QUASI-ELASTIC MECHANISM OF (ALPHA,2ALPHA) REACTION AT LOW AND INTERMEDIATE ENERGIES

摘要
The (α, 2α) reaction is considered in the impulse approximation of the interaction of the incident α-particle with an α-cluster in the nucleus. Numerical calculations are made for the case of symmetrically outgoing α-particles in the (α, 2α) reaction on 6Li, 7Li, 9Be, 12C and 16O at incident energy about 25 MeV. © 1968.
