摘要
Ion exchange of the UO22+ ion in the NaY,FAU synthetic Zeolite at 453 K was followed by X-ray analysis. At hydrothermal conditions the ion exchange process was accompanied by the synthesis of a new phase, basic uranyl silicate hydrate (synthetic soddyite). The ion exchange isotherm strongly reflects structural changes of an ion exchanger. It is possible that the process involved is one of the molecular stratification of the basic uranyl silicate hydrate on the zeolitic matrix. © 1979.
