PHONON DISPERSION-RELATIONS IN BERYLLIUM CALCULATED FROM A PSEUDOPOTENTIAL APPROACH

摘要
The phonon dispersion-relations for beryllium are calculated for the [0001] and the [01{circle, and vertical bar}10] direction, using a first principal nonlocal pseudopotential approach. Good agreement is obtained with neutron diffraction experiments. © 1969.
