摘要
The substructure of the mycobionts and phycobionts was analysed in the lichens Peltigera canina, Peltigera rufescens, and Leptogium hildenbrandii. 1. The cell walls of the fungi have various thickness in the different layers of the thalli. 2. The protoplasts in the mycobionts of the algae layer have a very dense cytoplasm. The surface of these protoplasts is enlarged by tufts of cytoplasm. 3. In the mycobionts of all thallus layers appear lomasomes and concentric bodies. 4. The phycobionts (Cyanophyta of the genus Nostoc) possess besides those structures known from free living forms in the chromatoplasm a large number of plastoglobuli. 5. In degenerating algae cells the number of plastoglobuli is doubled. © 1969 Springer-Verlag.
