STUDY OF PIEZOCERAMIC MATERIAL PROPERTIES ON THE BASIS OF PZT SOLID-SOLUTIONS AFTER ANNEALING

Permittivity and elastic compliance changes, which occur due to the annealing, as well as the time changes after completing this annealing, were studied in 5 mol. % Pb(Sb// one-half Mn one-half )O//3 plus x mol. % PbZrO//3 plus (95-x) mol. % PbTiO//3 system. The relationship of these changes to morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) was studied. The dependences found are interpreted on the basis of an assumption of a contribution of interphase boundary movement between coexisting tetragonal and rhombohedric phase to E//3//3**T and s//1//1**E values and of an assumption of the change of phase relations of materials in the vicinity of MPB.
