摘要
A 5.2 kbp chromosomal DNA fragment including the eryC1 gene was integrated along with vector DNA into the chromosome of a S. erythraea wild-type strain. The erythromycin A production of transformants in the presence of thiostrepton was two to three times higher in comparison with the non-transformed wild-type strain.
