摘要
The attenuation of the electromagnetic and sound waves interacting with a transitional domain structure in the neighbourhood of orientational phase transitions of the first‐order type is calculated. It is taken into account that the domain wall displacement under wave action is irreversible, i.e. the magnetoelastic or magnetic hysteresis occurs. It is shown that in the general case contributions of reversible and irreversible domain wall displacements into the wave attentuation are not additive. Copyright © 1979 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
