摘要
Leaf lipids were separated by a combination of DEAE-cellulose column and thin-layer chromatography. Estimations of the separated glycerolipids were performed using the most recent techniques for phospho- and glycolipid analyses which obviate the necessity to elute the lipid from the adsorbent. Twenty photosynthetic tissues ranging from the unicellular green alga Mesotaenium caldariorum to the leaves of higher plants were examined as was parsnip root cortex. © 1969.
