摘要
Efforts to develop automatic and sterilizable samplers for the liquid phase are briefly presented. Special problems associated with the use of biosensors in on-line fermentation control are demonstrated and possibilities to overcome them are discussed. The assay system presented for the determination of volatile substances includes, prior to enzymatic analysis, a continuous purification by pervaporation. Examples are given for the monitoring of ethanol in a yeast extract/peptone solution and diacetyl in buffer solutions. © 1990.
