(101) AND ((1)OVER-BAR-01) EXTENDED DEFECTS ACCOUNTING FOR THE NONSTOICHIOMETRY OF HIGH-TC SUPERCONDUCTING M2+/-DELTA-CUO4+/-DELTA PHASES (M2 = LA2-XSRX)

摘要
Detailed structural interpretation of (101) and (101BAR) extended planar defects allows the formulae of the high-T(c) superconducting M2CuO4+delta M2+deltaCuO4+delta and M2-deltaCuO4-delta phases (M2 = La2-xSrx) to be more exactly expressed. The proposed interpretations comply with all the established crystal-chemistry rules, i.e. classical CuO6 octahedra and mono-, bi- and tricapped triangular prisms, MO7, MO8 and MO9 with normal Cu-O, M-O and O-O interatomic distances. They are new alternative explanations of the non-stoichiometry of these K2NiF4-related phases.
