摘要：

The above room temperature dielectric behavior of the class of BaMF compounds is reported where M = Mg, Zn, Mn, Fe, Co and Ni. It is found that the strain-free (clamped) dielectric constant along the 2-fold a-axis obeys a Curie-Weiss law near the melting point, and that the Curie-Weiss transition temperature lies above the melting point in all compounds studies. © 1969.
