摘要
The Mexico model is used at EDF to estimate the supply reliability in planning studies of HV or EHV power transmission systems. It permits the determination of the expected annual unsupplied energy taking into account: 1. consumption uncertainties, in addition to uncertainties in the availability of generation and transmission equipment 2. security constraints in the unsupplied demand computing algorithm, i.e. the transfer limits of lines and transformers to be satisfied under both normal and emergency operating conditions. © 1979.
