摘要
The activation, performance and structural evolution of methanol synthesis catalysts derived from a Ce-Cu2 intermetallic precursor have been studied by concurrent in-situ X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurements and activity measurements over a wider range of conditions than in earlier work (100-degrees-C < T < 500-degrees-C, 7 bar < P < 50 bar). Quantitative XRD analysis of the working active catalyst has been performed and the results indicate a very high degree of non-crystallinity in both the metal and oxide components.
