COEXISTENCE OF 2D WEAK LOCALIZATION AND SUPERCONDUCTIVITY IN CARBON-FIBERS

摘要
It is shown that the galvanomagnetic ProPerties of PAN-, pitch- and RaYon-based carbon fibers in the temperature range 0, 05 < T < 300K and in magnetic fields up to 8,5 Tesla can be completely explained by quantum corrections to the conductivity for the two dimensional case.
