摘要
This paper deals with Raman scattering room temperature spectra in a) PLZT X/65/35 (X = 0; 2; 8; 13 at.%); b) PLZT 8/65/35 with a different degree of deficiency of O2 and Pb; c) PLZT 8/65/35 and PMN ceramics doped with 3d elements (Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu).
