摘要：

This paper presents the development of a new heterogeneous enzyme immunoassay format for the detection of pesticides. It uses the technique of a flow injection system and is named flow injection immunoanalysis (FIIA). Results are demonstrated for the measurements of the herbicide atrazine, which belongs to the triazines, and the potential of this method compared with another immunoassay format (ELISA) is discussed.
