摘要
Incorporation of the NAC thioester of (2S, 3R)-[3-H-2, 3-C-13]-2-methyl-3-hydroxypentanoic acid into both erythromycin A (9) and B (2) and nargenicin A1 (3) takes place without loss of deuterium.
