摘要
The effects of low frequency electromagnetic turbulence on spatially inhomogeneous plasmas is studied using a quasilinear treatment. When the theory is specialized to a slab model, it is found that the coefficient of spatial diffusion depends only on E/sub ///2 in the important collisionless, small growth rate limit. The coefficient of spatial diffusion is also discussed in other limits. The relationship of the authors' work to previous theories is also discussed.
