摘要
Changes in vesicle sizes resulting from Ca2+ induced fusion of phosphatidic acid-phosphatidylcholine vesicles have been examined in the presence and absence of Ca2+ ionophores or internalized Ca2+. Observed reductions in the extent of fusion have been interpreted in terms of Ca2+ asymmetry playing a role in the fusion initiation step. © 1979.
