摘要
Attribution theory is presented as a vehicle for describing and understanding the causes of leader behavior in leader-member interactions. Relevant research literature on the topic is reviewed. Basic attributional processes, moderators of that process, and boundary conditions are discussed and incorporated into a proposed model. Empirical propositions are presented and implications of the attributional model for leadership research are discussed. © 1979.
