摘要
The fractional quantum Hall effect in AlGaAs/GaAs is investigated by its change DELTA-R(xy) (and DELTA-R(xx)) in response to microwave irradiation. It is interpreted as delocalization of quasi-particles. The signals at fractional filling factors of 1/3, 2/5, 3/7 and 4/9 are contiguous. This indicates the presence of quasi-particles even outside the field regions of fractional Hall plateaus and continuous transitions between subsequent states of the Haldane hierarchy. A rapid rise in \DELTA-R(xx)\ at filling factors nu almost-equal-to 1/5 and below is in accordance with previous R(xx) measurements explained by Wigner crystallization.
