摘要
Two-dimensional H-1-detected {H-1, C-13} shift correlation spectra of oligosaccharides usually suffer from low resolution in the C-13 frequency domain. This drawback can be overcome through a simple modification of the HSQC experiment, namely by implementing a selective C-13 180-degrees-C pulse. It is illustrated for the mixture of the alpha- and beta-anomers of the trisaccharide sialyl-alpha-(2 --> 6)-lactose that C-13-selective HSQC allows both one-bond and multiple-bond {H-1, C-13} correlation spectra to be obtained with high resolution in the C-13 domain.
