摘要
Volatile chalcogenolato complexes of cadmium with stertically demanding thio‐ and selenophenolato ligands can easily be prepared. In the solid state, the complexes 1 are dimeric with trigonal‐planar coordinated cadmium, whereas in solution they dissociate to monomers. They sublime at high temperatures and can be used as starting substances for the deposition of CdS and CdSe films respectively from the gas phase. (Figure Presented.)
