摘要
Oxygen overvoltage measurements were carried out on a series of PtRh alloy electrodes in 2 N H2SO4 solutions under conditions of both constant current and constant potential The effect of electronic structure of the electrode material was detected on the rest potential and the kinetics of the cathodic reduction of oxygen but not on the anodic evolution of oxygen. The electronic structure affects the electrode kinetics through oxygen or anion adsorption. © 1969.
