摘要
Dynamic behavior of non-ionic and ionic N-isopropylacrylamide gels have been studied using quasi-elastic light scattering spectroscopy at different states within the phase diagram of the gels. The temperature dependence of the intensity and the time correlation function of light scattered from the gels were determined for different degrees of swelling. Both the intensity and the fluctuation time diverged as the temperature increased and approached the spinodal temperature. A simple theoretical consideration is given to describe the overall dynamic behavior of the gels.
