THERMAL-STABILITY AND SPECIFIC DYE BINDING OF A HYDROGEN-BOND-MEDIATED BILAYER-MEMBRANE

摘要
A novel aqueous bilayer membrane that is formed from amphiphilic complexes of complementary hydrogen bond pairs provided a specific dye binding site similar to that of the conventional ammonium bilayer. Partial dissociation of the hydrogen bond pairs and the consequent component separation occurred by heating the aqueous bilayer to 80 - 100-degrees-C.
