摘要
Hydrogen peroxide was found to prevent the recovery of Campylobacter jejuni from sub‐lethal injury induced by freezing. It also acted synergistically with rifampicin to inhibit both damaged and undamaged cells. these effects could be overcome by the addition to culture media of either catalase of FBP supplement (ferrous sulphat‐sodium metabisulphite‐sodium pyruvate).
