摘要
The influence of triacetylpyridine and polyethylene glycol on the residual stress of zinc coatings plated from ammonium chloride electrolytes was investigated. The change in residual stress with time was studied during electrodeposition and after switching off the plating current. The variation of the residual stress with thickness during anodic dissolution of the deposit was also studied. On the basis of these results we concluded that processes of both stress relaxation and stress redistribution through the thickness occur. It was found that as a result of these processes stress-free intervals located near to the substrate may appear. © 1979.
