摘要
:
Thin film inductor with magnetic strip core array is discussed. The magnetic strip core array is useful for increasing the inductance per unit area. Thin film cloth-structured inductor with divided magnetic core arrays is also investigated. The features are lower leakage flux and higher operation frequency. The inductor is suitable for Magnetic Integrated Circuits (MAGIC) such as integrated network of inductors or transformers. © 1990 IEEE
