摘要
Shoots were regenerated from callus initiated from hypocotyl explants of 14-day-old seedlings of Eucalyptus urophylla. Organogenesis was the pathway of shoot regeneration on Murashige and Skoog (MS)-based medium supplemented with cr-naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) and 6-benzylaminopurine (BAP); NAA in combination with thidiazuron (N-phenyl-N'-1,2,3-thidiazol-5-yl urea; TDZ) induced both organogenesis and the production of heart-shaped embryo-like structures. Explants from seeds of different geographical origins exhibited differences in shoot regeneration frequencies. Somaclonal variation was observed amongst regenerated plants. Additionally, 28% of the explant-derived plants were haploid, while 12% were triploid.
