摘要
The microbial biosensors were constructed from carbon paste electrodes (CPEs) modified with insoluble mediators and immobilized membrane vesicles or whole cells of the bacterium Paracoccus denitrificans. The best results were obtained with membrane vesicles and ferrocene (FC). This system could serve for determination of succinate, D-lactate, and L-lactate. Significant increase of signal was obtained when competitive flux of electrons to oxygen was blocked by inhibiting terminal oxidases using cyanide.
