摘要：

The condensation products of dimeric malononitrile and benzil on treatment with alkali undergo cyclization with concomitant 1.2-shift of the phenyl groups. The reaction products are 2-dicyanomethylene-5-oxo-4.4-diphenylpyrrolidine-3-carbonitriles. © 1969 Springer-Verlag.
