摘要
The differential pulse-polarogram of glucose oxidase and riboflavin flavoprotein from egg-yolk are compared with those of the free prosthetic groups. The FAD in glucose oxidase from Penicillium notatum is reducible at the D.M.E. The summit potential of differential pulse-polarograms coincides with the redox potential of the protein and is about 100 mV more positive than that of free FAD. Riboflavin flavoprotein from egg-yolk exhibits a peak at the same potential as free riboflavin. The reduction of the split riboflavin is responsible for the reduction current. © 1979.
