摘要
Glucose oxidase (GOD)+ was entrapped in a polypyrrole film during the electropolymerization of a pyrrole solution containing PIPES buffer (pKa = 6.8), lithium perchlorate and sodium dodecylsulfate. The GOD/PPY glucose sensor was used in the presence of p-benzoquinone as a mediator. In a second part a highly sensitive and stable glucose amperometric sensor prepared with adsorbed glucose oxidase on an electrodeposited poly(3-methylthiophene) film is described.
