摘要
A monolithic electro-optical 2× 2 crossbar has been developed. The multimode network consists of channel waveguides and four crosspoint switches integrated in a LiTaO3 plate. Matrix switching loss was 11 dB and crosstalk was −16 dB for TM-polarised 0·07-n.a. light. © 1978, The Institution of Electrical Engineers. All rights reserved.
