摘要：
Cystic teratomas of the ovary are generally not associated with endocrine manifestations. In a 6-year-old girl presenting with premature menarche, a cystic teratoma of the ovary was found. It was associated with a stimulated ovary on the opposite side, probably through an activated hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis.
