摘要
The microwave spectra of 4-C-13 and 1-N-15 isotopic species of pyrimidine in natural abundance have been easily assigned by using the radiofrequency-microwave double resonance technique. The pump radiofrequency radiations were connecting several K-1 almost degenerate levels, these have been effective thanks to the mu-a dipole moment component induced from the asymmetric isotopic substitution.
