摘要
The stress field is calculated for a finite plane with a single edge rounded tip V-notch by means of an improved Schwartz-Christoffel's conformal transformation method and the solution of Muskhelishvili with a high accuracy. a new parameter K-rho, the stress intensity factor defined for blunt notch is determined from the calculated stress distribution around the notch. The influence of the angle and acuity of notch on the critical notch stress intensity factor K-rho,K-c is studied.
