摘要
The thermal conductivity data for krypton and xenon are reported in the temperature range 3SO-1500°K. The conductivity column method is used for which all the necessary details are given in an earlier publication Q. Chem. Phys. 48, 5662 (1968) ]. The new data agree well with the available data but the latter are limited to the highest temperature of 579°K only. Thus, the reported data above 579°K are novel. The measured conductivity values are well correlated by a quadratic polynomial in temperature over the entire range. The estimated uncertainty of our measurements is about ±2%. The measured values are compared with the predictions of theory and also used for generating the viscosity and diffusion coefficients.
