摘要
1. 1. Glutamine synthetase has been shown to be present in liver, kidney and muscle, as well as in brain, of lower vertebrates. 2. 2. Success in demonstrating activity was largely due to the inclusion in the assay of an ATP-regenerating system which prevents accumulation of inhibitory concentrations of ADP. © 1969.
