摘要
A mountaintop measurement of the microwave background at λ=3.3 mm gives a thermodynamic radiation temperature of (2.46-0.44+0.40)°K. This result is consistent with a temperature of 2.7°K, obtained at longer wavelengths, and the postulate of a blackbody spectrum. © 1968 The American Physical Society.
