摘要：

Oil expression tests were performed in order to study the response of groundnut in terms of oil yield to process variables such as moisture content, pressing time, pressure, particle size and bed depth. Based on experimental and theoretical investigations, an equation was developed to relate oil yield to the parameters studied. In developing the equation, the concept of quasi-equilibrium oil yield was adopted. The equation was found to fit the experimental data reasonably well. © 1993 Silsoe Research Institute.
