摘要
The mechanism of improving the adhesion of ethylene-propylene rubber to an epoxy adhesive has been studied. The basic factor that improves the rubber adhesion is the formation of chemical bonds between polymer networks of the substrate and the adhesive by reaction of epoxy groups of the adhesive with oxygen-containing groups of the oxidized surface layer of rubber.
