摘要
The electrical resistivity rho and the thermoelectric power S of Mn3Ga1-xZnxC (x = 0, 0.05, 0.15) were studied to investigate the mechanism of the magnetic transition. The rho-T curves for Mn3Ga0.95Zn0.05C and Mn3Ga0.85Zn0.15C show the appearance of an intermediate magnetic phase. The form of the rho-T and S-T curves in this study suggest that the magnetic phase transition of Mn3Ga1-xZnxC should be discussed in terms of itinerant magnetism.
