SUPERCONDUCTING FILMS OF YBA2CU3O7-DELTA DEPOSITED USING ND YAG AND XECL LASERS - A COMPARATIVE-STUDY

摘要
Thin films of YBa2Cu3O7-δ are grown using plasma assisted laser ablation. Nd:YAG as well as excimer laser are used for the deposition. A comparison between various superconducting properties of insitu grown YBCO films by Nd:YAG and excimer laser is presented. Preliminary results of various measurements on YBCO PrBCOYBCO heterostructures are discussed. © 1990.
