摘要：

A series of esters of substituted 3-pyrrolidinemethanols has been prepared and tested for analgetic activity. The intermediate alcohols were prepared by the reaction of Grignard reagents with 3-aroylpyrrolidines or the reaction of 2-pyrrolidinones with alkyl phenyl ketones and LiNH2 in liquid NH3 and subsequent reductions. The more potent analgetics were those in which the N substituent was methyl, phenethyl, or phenylpropyl. © 1968, American Chemical Society. All rights reserved.
