摘要
We calculate the effective light absorption coefficient K(ω) and the frequency-integrated absorption I = ∫ K(ω) dω caused by spatially dispersive excitons in a semiconductor film. A sharp decrease of I is found for small masses and long lifetimes of the exciton. Oscillations of I as a function of thickness are also reported. © 1979.
