摘要
The antiestrogen tamoxifen, when administered to postmenopausal women at conventional dosages, reduces low-density lipoprotein levels and protects low-density lipoproteins from oxidation, These effects may account for the reduction in cardiovascular events noted in breast cancer treatment trials.
